Another tier 8 premium in the super test. This time it's the german heavy E75 TS which is a hybrid between the Lowe and the E75 at tier 8. The gun is 10.5cm but with 360 alpha, good penetration and accuracy. It looks a bit funny but it's a good tank! :)

Could be for the bond shop, the TL-1 LPC remains statistically the best so far out of the three. The M48A2 was also buffed a little during the super test trials.

According to the dailybounce.net the fate of this one is unclear, whether it will be a bond shop only tank or will go in the regular tech tree with the Tiger 1 and 2 being downtiered. The RamPanzer and the TL-1 are likely to be bond shop only tanks.

i mean something like the M48A2 would 100% make sense, its unique after all in regards to the dozer blade. and we already have enough normal prem american meds in regards to the TL-1

I really think the Tiger I has its place at T7.

Even if the gun is fantasy, overall I enjoy playing it. The Tiger II however is simply not fit for purpose other than something to be farmed...

Slightly weird concept the E75 TS however, not sure where it slots in. A slightly more brawl orientated Lowe I guess but it's Alpha or DPM doesn't seem all that.

I love my Tiger II at tier 8, Its one of my favourite tier 8 heavies actually.

Im not denying its trash in current meta. But i'd pick my tiger II over my 252U, 50TP etc any day. Maybe i am just crazy. But the gun makes it worth it for me. Maybe i just am gifted with the Tiger II who knows

Tiger II gun is nice yes, and maybe the tank requires less commitment in an attack so the possibility of withdrawing is possible.

Also the gun would be nice with full gold as you'd likely pen anything you shoot at. It's actually one of my potential 3 Mark targets.

Well, down tiering the tigers would make sense.

1. Afaik they've previously had the excuse that there's no plausible replacement for Tiger ll on tier8. This would be it.

2. They've already tested how Tiger l and Tiger ll would work at their lower tiers with several tier6 tigers with the short 88 and King Tiger © now at tier7.

For me it wouldn't really change much since I've ground through them and didn't find either of them a keeper.

I managed to 3 mark mine in 45 battles, But the combines for it are not that high so that has a lot to do with it.

Thing that makes a tank work for me is usually the gun more than the armour, Armour on tiger II is enough to pull a miracle. But way i see it. You can have all the armour in the world but if the gun is useless the tank is useless. As you need to actually do damage still.

Yeah Tiger II 3 MoE is under 2k combined I think which is pretty low for a T8. Very possible as the tank has excellent view range too.

I agree with the gun as Defender and other Rashan tanks have utterly derpy days where they miss everything. German guns tend to be reliable, like how I'm enjoying the Panther I as it's gun behaves.

Looks a less broken than that VK thing they are also testing, and good to note that they haven't just slapped the E75 hull on tier 8 where it would be clearly too strong, they have downgraded it.

Be interesting to see how strong that lower plate is, hopefully its reasonably weak and can be penned by most other tier 8s unangled, but if its E75 strong then I think you are looking at another OP tier 8 super heavy there

I don't really see the point of having it if you already got the lowe. Actually, i don't see the point of this tank at all...

WG sold a shedload of Lowe, this will likely sell very well too since it looks like a Tiger II and won't be weak...

Some new changes today from the supertest:

Speed: from 30/15 km/h to 45/18 km/h

Dispersion: from 0.35 to 0.38
Tank traverse dispersion: from 0.21 to 0.18
Turret traverse dispersion: from 0.134 to 0.1
HP: from 1600 to 1500
Reload Time: from 11.7s to 10.8s (2000 DPM instead of 1831)
Engine power: from 1200 hp to 1440 hp (specific power from 13.3 hp/ton to 16 hp/ton)
Upper plate armor: from 140 mm to 120 mm (effective armor from 298 mm to 255 mm)

And it comes with this crazy camo. :)

Note: I still don't know yet Dutch. ;)

Lol uper plate from normal to cheese. 120/255 effective, so we cant have bit faster armored german tank. 0.38 dispersion, no armor go closer, but 0.38 - you need come closer lol. Again below average german tank (not at even surprise).
