I play this TD a lot. It's vastly underestimated by lots of players. But it isn't a great profit maker. Sure it can make 50-80k profit with premium with a favourable mm, but when there's lots of tanks with any decent armour, profits can diminish fast. And reviewing my last 1,000 games in the tank, 2/3rds of the time there's many tier 8s in the game. Pen on standard ammo is underwhelming.
Bear in mind it's got appalling dispersion when moving or tank traversing. Fortunately you can get around 445m view range with experimental optics, BIA, situational awareness, recon etc

Coincidentally had a face to face encounter with one yesterday in my JPanther, targeting its Cupola made for an even duel which had been decided by who got the first shot off - which was them. ![]()

Would prefer to see a tier 8 premium TD 2 in fact one with turret one without.

just park it around a corner, with that awful conning tower behind the corner and fire away...or on a hill to use the 10 degree of gun depression, and angle it so that the same weakspot is not in line of fire from below. ![]()
it works...until some agile smartass goes the long way around, or when arty decides to target you...then, well just forget about it. ![]()

well,what none mentioned,if use standard ap shels,iou MIGHT penn a light....basicly,if want to make this tank work,iou need to shoot apcr... now is ok,BUT after they will "rework" premium ammo,this vehicol will become compleatly useless...same to be sayed about all of those "preferential MM" vehicols,maybe with the exeption of e 25 and churchill 3

u mean the tank that u shoot ON the gun as it features NO mantlet? just shoot it ON the gun.... huge hole there that makes it rather obsolete id say.... i never had trouble dealing with it... unless it is 300 meters away and catch u in the open.. then it can deal more than u think after the 1st u get....

Sure its slow and the gun is a bit crap, but still its a good tank. Just very boring to play.
EDIT: Should probably say the armor is great until you meet 122mm guns that know it's real weakspot: HE shells to the gun mantlet.
