how can you stop teambattles?
There is no reason!
You loose so many players and now you kill those parts of the game a lot of players love????
if you like to stop WOT, ok do it. but dont take its heart and say "enjoy our game"...
massive mistake here.

But but but, we are a fun-clan, not a competitive clan! That was the beauty to some of our clan members that it was a fun mode to do once in while as a break from Randoms.
Tournaments? No thx.
Stronghold? Again, no thx
Frontline? 1 week per month, and not even remotely similar to TBs
Ranked? The gold spamming campfest at Tier X? Didnt know you could do 7 vs 7 in that mode...
I didnt play TBs, but I know many in my clan were always looking forward to playing it. Some even logged on to the game just for that mode. Reading our clan chat afterwards always made me smile, since these guys had FUN. No matter if they won or lost - FUN.

As a solo random player I couldn't care less. I'm getting the impression more than a few people enjoyed this mode though, so... well done? It's not like you're currently lacking in goodwill or anything.

What a shame, I really look forward to playing team battles on a weekend. I cant see the reason for stopping them, does it take so much resources? If people still want to play, why not let us? There is a goal, to win the battles, and that is enough!
The alternatives are not being offered, they're just there to replace the thing we are to lose, and it's a case of like it or lump it, that's not an alternative. Frontline is laughably suggested as an alternative, there is no comparison!
Bad move WG, people will miss it, and please tell me exactly why should it go if some players still want to play the mode?

This was the only mode outside of the CW and SH where you could just relax and play with some people from whichever clan and you didn't even have to care if you win or lose. It was pure fun. But, I think since Personal Reserves and Clan Reserves work in this mode, you are giving us too many credits, right? So now we HAVE to play T8 in Randoms? We can't just play T8 in TB anymore and SH is not fun because there is a MM which matches clans of similar strength and you have to go full gold if you are in a good clan. Where can I play my T8s now? In Frontline...well OK, I'll only play this game when the frontline mode is available. Good luck WG.
