Hi, Ive asked this question in the german community already but figured someone from here might be able to help me out.

This is the first time I'm having to get in touch with wargamings Player support so I'm a bit confused. I've accidentally bought two products from the premium shop (some gold and a premium tank) and wanted to ask for a refund.

After looking through the player support section, I found out that I was able to get a refund (I payed through paypal and had not used any of the gold or the tank).

I filled out the support ticket, answering every question it contained. I have not gotten an answer for almost 6 hours by now, so I' getting kinda worried,

Is this normal? Did I do something wrong?

Like I said, this is the first time I'm getting in touch with wargamings costumer support and from past experiences on other platforms, it generally doesnt take so long to request and receive a simple refund.

Keep in mind that it is the weekend thus you should not expect any meaningful response until 0900 Monday at the earliest, and do not start panicking until 1700 Friday.

If they respond sooner, then +1 for Customer Support. :honoring:

Customer support is going to be your friend here, the forum will not be able to help you out, I'm sorry to say.
