Switch to the standard renderer, not the improved one and/or get a new pc.

Take a look at the minimum/recommended system requirements:

Your PC is on the very low end side for gaming.

In your first post you posted the detailed settings picture. There you can change graphics from improved to standard!

Do this!

30 FPS on that relic is solid. Stop posting the same sh't over and over again and accept the fact your ancient budget hardware is going to struggle with anything even remotely optimised for components made in the last decade.

On paper the processor falls in the realm of being compatible but it was released a year prior to WoT, thus it is a decade old now and is likely showing its age.

OP could try a Factory Restore to eliminate accumulated clutter and miscellaneous tosh, which could give the machine a new lease of life - there are times when a machine is perfectly healthy, but the OS has become so cluttered it hinders performance.

If that seems excessive, then there are the usual options such as Disk Cleaner (built in or 3rd party), Registry Cleaner, De-fragmentation, and if you are familiar with cmd/ dos then chkdsk /f.

Ultimately now is probably the time to upgrade, particularly with the rate at which new updates are released, anyone of those could render the quoted specs insufficient to meet the minimum requirements. Equally the quoted specs are insufficient to run any newer games using minimum settings. :)

Really, you've asked before and been told before.  That's all you can get from your system.  If you want more then you are going to have to spend some money.

Yep, Athlon too old. When i was running on an Athlon dualcore long ago i had around 50 fps. When i went from that to a different system with a Pentium G, Haswell, it went to around 80-90 fps. This with exact same settings.

Like others said, be mindful to run the standard version and play with the settings starting from everything at minimum. Have always v-sync off. And lower the resolution, don't play with monitor's native resolution. Try 1280 by 720 or even lower if the image is not too blurry and you get visible fps gain. Also you can check monitor refresh rate, it should be as high it can manage, having it at 30Hz with v-sync on might be why fps get capped at 30.

Of course, have all your video drivers up to date before all that.

It's not my PC because other games work fine and it's weird that I have the same fps even when I set the game's graphics on High, Medium or Low, I should have 60fps on Low settings

In 2009 this setup would have been great but it's now 2019 so maybe time for an upgrade. Quite surprised you can get 30fps....

You didn't even lower the resolution...

Test stuff and tinker with settings.

It's your PC.

If you were getting exactly 30 fps then I would suggest checking vsynch, we can see by your screenshots that is not the case.

Other games are irrelevant, your system is too old to get 60fps on WoT.

You keep asking the same question, you keep getting the same answer, there is probably a reason for that.

Your framerate when playing mine sweeper is irrelevant, and no. Jesus bloody christ no, you should not expect anything even approaching 60 fps on minimum settings. If you had listened one of the two dozen times you've been told what your problem is you'd know exactly why your framerate doesn't change with graphics settings, but you prefer having your head in the sand and dreaming about your pc being awesome and everyone else just being too stupid to realise it.

But sod it, I'm done with you and your toaster. Have fun creating the same thread every few weeks, getting the same answers, and having the same sh'tty gaming experience for another decade because you're too cheap to buy something that isn't crap or to upgrade more than one component per decade. I'm not normally one for sh'tting on people's hardware but most people who run very old budget systems are aware they're running very old budget systems and are aware of the limitations of such hardware. You on the other hand are so delusional you might as well be in the US government.

One last time banging my head against this wall and I'm done.

No you should not get 60fps.  30 is perfectly playable and the automatic settings will probably have something around that as a target if it can't put everything on high.  If you want guaranteed framerates then buy a console.

No you have not seen people with worse PCs getting better framerates.  I run a laptop with worse specs and I get 25fps at the absolute best, sometimes it will drop to single figures.

Lag and ping issues are nothing to do with framerate, that's usually because even people with high end computers have bad internet service providers. Other issues with the game have nothing to do with it, crashes are usually caused by driver issues or mod conflicts.

You have a bad PC.  If you want more fps then you will have to get a better one.

If you are having lag and ping issues, that is completely separate and I've been through that with you before.

Yes I've seen more fps on a worse PC, I have another PC with a AMD APU dual core CPU, 8GB RAM and Geforce 9800 GT GPU with 512MB and I have around 70fps on Low settings

Can anyone give advice or is it me just being completely stupid because I've missed something because I'm hitting 10 fps on every quality in every resolution and can't figure out what it is but what makes it worse I could leave it for a day or two and come back and it will be fine?
