I've seen alot of complaint on this forums about hull down maps and that maps are all about gun depression. What about a map design for gun elevation. The map could have a profil like a  V.  The map would prevent camping because it would all about a rush the bottom! Some jumps near the bottom could work as anti EBR fortifications.

 

This is a nice idea!

Pz Sfl IV would rule them all with it's 85 degree elevation

That was Mittengard indeed. Good gun elevation & you could get plenty of early shots in.

There should also be a map designed for players which whine on the forums 24/7, like Mines, but replace the middle with a mound of salt. :)

Hmm I still remember when that map had tier 3 (it seems it has been removed though, as it's pure garbage tbh), and I had the G.Traktor with it's 445 viewrange (with binos) and HE and +60 elevation... go figure...

also is it me, or Ghost Town looks like there's salt, instead of sand everywhere.

Maybe Mittengard not of 600m size and in practical terms 400m spawn distance? :teethhappy:

 

That map used to be hilarious, play a tank with good viewrange, you start the game and spot *everybody*. Dive down, rush the arties fleeing into the corners, have three people chase you to try to stop you or avenge them if not... good times.Probably not so much for new players though.
