NO
Power-crept to hell - there are MUCH better alternatives, yet this one comes with the full price tag.
Save your money for a better option.

Nice MEME guys.
"good all-around armour" that is not going to hold up in 2019 dab the 2 key meta
"high firepower to take on its competition" it's very hard to use all that firepower with lacking penetration

German historical accuracy lol, when Panther I, Panther II, Tiger I and Tiger II all get a 700bhp engine and fantasy Rashan gets far more power.

IS 6 was my most played tank back in the day.
That was because originally it was the most OP tank you could buy back when the game was new in 2012 when I started playing.
Took me over 500 games to decide that it was a heap of crap.
I sold it years ago.
Even with the recent pen buff, it is still garbage.
I would plead with anybody not to buy it. You will regret it.

No surprises here, the community is crying about a premium tank not being good enough... And then they complain about power-creep, overpowered tanks and gold-ammo-meta...
That's why it is so important to keep all premium tanks at the same balance level, equivalent to their tech-tree counterparts. But I guess the greed from both sides is stronger in this case.
