Me too. Debit card ready, checked Premium shop, nope cannot buy level IV on a single front let alone all six.
Dragos_CS I am disappointed that your original post seemed to make the idea of buying what I wanted so simple.

So I found it no thanks to Lordcretin.
In the mode you have one of the divisions selected. Centre near the top it says "Description" on which you click. Then click on the special offer. For 1500 you can buy level 3 for each division without all three of which in a given front you can't get the enhanced equipment. and get a shedload of the fuel tokens. You get directives and premium and the fancy camo jobs as well by the look of it.
Interestingly you may also be able to buy the level II for more fuel. Hopefully enough to play the battles to earn the 2000 points for the kit.
I was sat on 20k gold and no use for it so...

Yes, it says so in the video, if you toon up with people of lower tiers, the highest tier applies to all regarding the # of waves you have to fight off. Kinda like tooning in Randoms with a PMM tank and a non-PMM tank; you always end up +2

Thanks for this information.
So I take it that 1,500 gold will be required to buy into each of the six divisions at level III and then play the remainder to get to level IV. First however waiting a few days for the non-purchasers to catch up to level III by grinding so that my allies are vaguely useful.
1,500 multiplied by the six divisions therefore requires 9,000 gold is that correct?
I am out of the office on a laptop and so cannot log into the game currently to check for myself.

hmmm, so 4500 gold for a teeny tiny shorter reload time or micro improvement to gun handling on the move that you wouldn't even notice. That's about €16 with the current discounted gold. Is a 2.5% faster reload worth €16? Is a 2.5% improvement to Vstab you definitely wont notice worth €16? I'll sit on the fence with it for a while but it seems kinda dumb to me. Is this once of those sort of game modes where it's relatively fast and easy to do what's effectively a 70-80% discount and then if you don't have the time, just pay for the remaining 20%? which means its more like €3-€4?
Edit- don't get me wrong though, I definitely do want those tiny improvements. When I played DarkSouls a lot, I used to spend hours farming Darkwraiths to get an ultra rare Titanite Slab drop just for a tiny improvement to equipment lol. In combat, every tiny advantage is still worth having and who knows how many just barley kills instead of being just barely killed that translates into over time, a lot most likely.

You have to get to level III to have the opportunity to get the equipment. Then you need the 2000 widgets. You can be earning the widgets all along though. First however waiting a few days for the non-purchasers to catch up to level III by grinding so that my allies are vaguely useful. There's opportunity to earn more fuel in random battles in the meantime.

If you enter a battle solo and are matched with different tiered players the same applies: highest tiered member will dictate the # of waves and difficulty
Yeah. This sin't good for either me (team mates' tanks too weak) or the rest of the team (only my tanks are strong).

Indeed, you will lose more games since you are level 3 and the others most likely are not. So it was better to wait a bit till the 'normal' players also reached a higher level or just platoon with more level 3 players.
Since you bought your way up now it will only slow you down the first days.

I guess that's why it would make sense to organize some players to toon with before you embark in this game mode, players that have also payed for the better tanks or however it works. Even just tooning with good players should probably be enough to make some inroads as a free to play. At least that way you are removing the random bob that's barely ever played this game, is clueless or just goes afk for the session.
I'll check it out later this evening and over the weekend too when available so if anyone's interested in tooning, just send me a friend request and we'll get through it without being dragged down by the hopeless and the afk'rs. There's plenty of 54+% players on my friends list so hopefully they're interested in playing too, and think this could be a bit of fun even if played sober.

You only get a certain amount of battles per day, so if you wait to long, you might not be able to make it due to number of battle per day restrictions.
