Just play tanks that dont rely on their armor, problem solved. 
Tier 8 is the worst tier to play anyway.

You get coupons occasionally from playing the game they may be 10 15 ir 20% you get a really good game where it considers you were in some way outstanding.
The coupons players are using now come from this mission.event that started on the 6th of July and runs till 1st of August.
