I installed Dolby atmos and I don't know how to set it in WoT. I tried in game settings with 5.1, 7.1, headphones..it just wont connect with game client. It works for all the rest, music, movies, browser..etc.

I'm using headphones for WoT.

How to configure this?

This is the official list from Dolby for games which support Dolby Atmos.

In short, you cannot have Atmos in WoT

Thanks.

I read somewhere that someone did it somehow.

My driver in general is Dolby atmos, I don't have realtek anymore, so I thought that game client will use system settings.

It used to work few patches ago, I used it for quite a long time.

WoT used to just complain about audio device mismatch but it still worked pretty well with Windows Spatial Sound. Now it doesn't work anymore because as we know, things are hard for WG to do properly.

Nope. It worked before and now it doesn't. WoT should respect 7.1 audio output interfaces just fine if Windows provides them. It doesn't anymore.

I buy it few days ago and I'm pretty mad...I can't use it in WoT which I often play and I can't use it on bluetooth headset which I use often also.

Any advice for something that works, DTS-X or something?

By the way, did this occur after WIndows 10 version 1903? I found some articles stating exactly that

The best WOT offers in audio output is 7.1 at 48 kHz as this is what my Onkyo amp says it receives via HDMI (Dolby Access installed and licensed). I run a full Atmos system with Q Acoustics  (3050i) main speakers Yamaha sub and JBLs for the rest and I have to say the sound effects are something to enjoy. Certainly stopped me using headphones meaning platooning/skirmishes clan battles is almost pointless cos I use my amp 100% of the time and its usually on quite LOUD !!

There is little difference between 5.1 and 7.1 and Atmos is something completely different. I would never expect Wargamming to offer Atmos audio for WOT BUT I have to say. it would be nice

I would say FORGET thinking about ATmos, the idea is great the execution leaves a lot to be desired. If WOT could channel certain specific effects via the 6/7 channels that would be more than good enough, for now I really do think there is VERY little if any difference between audio options 5.1 and 7.1 from my experience
