Looks like busy times ahead.

The Czech holiday part is great I am on the T34-100 but not especially looking forward to the tier 8 so if I can zoom through that tank then I'm all in.

The event looks fun but WG destoys it every time by making it SUPER grindy. I feel another grind fest coming on. i really hope im wrong

Nothing interesting. It's actually nice, as I expected another mindless grindfest.

A nice idea, but incredibly bad timing. People are mostly exhausted after grinding so much continously, and this "event" sounds like yet another grind, just 2 months long this time.

Nowadays I only log in mostly just to claim Twitch Prime stuff, and this I don't feel like it would get me into the game back again. Maybe except tank races, if these are not grindy...

I feel like WoT needs a 1-2 months break from ALL events. No special events, no Frontline or Ranked, just normal casual stuff. (And of course, gold ammo reworks need to finally happen)

Well this thread was intended to be mainly a destination from the article for those who'd like to discuss it but sure, the link back to the publication is useful, I will include it - thank you for feedback.

Most of the events planned will be mainly about the fun, but when there's a challenge, we put it there because, if the rewards were too easy to get, the content would entertain you for less time and turn potentially pointless for those players that require a bit of a dare to have fun.

The dog-tags idea looks interesting, would that remain a permanent in game feature?

 

but then again ... dog tags is something retrieved off fallen soldiers. So why would somebody you destroy get to see your dog-tag? Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Okay, this looks interesting, Chafee races, fast grind through Czech tanks, Steel hunter. Dog Tags and Fl, meh. I am curious to see if WG will sell any tanks for bonds. I need to know if my minions will bring me bonds from refferals

So this event adds even more to game complexity.

I'm already perplexed so I'm successfully ignoring most of game modes and events like FL, HF, fancy stuff like crew skins, emblems, inscriptions, even basic grinding, and here we have just another game currency (5th already?).

Ok let's see.

Lokks very good! But WG please do not make it like HMEWORK(HOMEFRONT). Do not put pay to win aspect and just let everybody to enjoy and make fun of the game and feel the festive atmosphere and celebrate with you 9th Anniversary!
