WORST

EVENT

EVER

The playing little kids in the hangar are a close second for me. Normally I never close wot when doing other stuff since the wood and forest sounds arent that bad, but those screaming kids all day get on my nerves ;)

Yep I will be using a mod to disable this asap.

WG seems to have misjudged the demographic of WoT gamers imo. Leave this flaming nonsense to other twitch based online shooters.

Also is it really a good idea to have country flags on the tag? Every xenophobic moron will be frothing at the mouth waiting to insult people with PMs after game.

I have to agree, the dogtag feature is annoying and I would like an option to disable it.

It's annoying because it is yet another utterly useless WG gimmick when there are plenty of issues that could do with some attention. I don't feel that anything more needs to be said.

Overall I think the idea isnt that bad. And I guess there are plenty of players who like it.

But it should have come with an option to disable of course. That I agree with you all.

The animation was super jarring. Basically it's the first indication that you've been killed, and it probably shouldn't be.

It is really annoying. It is so *edit*. Why do I need to see this every time I get destroyed? Its another one of those *edit* things that WG adds into the game even though nobody asks for it.

IS THERE ANY CHANCE TO DISABLE THIS NONSENSE IN THE SETTINGS?

If you only took time to fix textures, arta and those *edit* french cars instead of adding this *edit*...

How to disable dog tag.

In garage.

Turn off > "show in postmortem mode vehicle that destroyed  your vehicle" and press apply.

It does not help, I still see it. Even after I restarted the game, even after changing the settings like you showed here. I still see this dog tag *edit*

You, sir, are a steely-eyed missile man.

Thanks.

I really don't care a great deal, but if turning this pathetic feature off is a big "up yours" to WG, then I will do it when I next log on.

As long as it doesn't make that sound and cover half the screen. I'm happy. Don't mind the tags. As if you want that gone, then apparently pro mod pack removes it.

You can customize your own dogtag, by doing missions and getting tickets. The moment you kill an enemy that enemy gets to see you dogtag for two seconds.

Hey! Of course everyone else like to see A BIG ILLUSTRIOUS RUBBERDILDO smashing into the face: You dead! Go to the Garage! Grat.... I hate it...
