I won't bother waiting for your pingplotter trace.

I have told you before that a speedtest is beyond useless.

There is nothing wrong with the servers. The problem is at your end.

You can see on the speed test picture that it's not

At the precise time you performed the test - no more than that.

Perform the test five consecutive times, and then perform tests every hour, I sincerely doubt the results showing any real consistency.

But how is it on my side if the internet works normally, you can see the speed test, it's the game or the servers then, but I don't see why wouldn't the internet work in the game if it works on other programs

Your speed test only measure the speed between you and the server selected, usually your ISP. There is a lot of cable between you and the WoT servers, lots of hubs and routers. It only takes one to be overloaded and problems ensue.

Ping measures the round trip time of a packet of data from your NIC to the NIC of the WoT server. It does not tell you how loaded the server is, so it does not indicate any server problem. The high ping to a WoT server can be caused by a failure along one route and a retry along an alternative route.

Most reported problems with servers have usually, with a little investigation such as PingPlotter, been proven to be the result of bottlenecks or network failures in The Netherlands or Germany.

Your internet speed is completely irrelevant, you could be on 28k dialup and have more than sufficient for WoT.

All the speed test tells you is your ISP can connect you to the speedtest server and get you a good result.  Many ISPs even prioritise speedtest traffic so they look good in the tables.  As far as WoT is concerned it is completely and utterly useless.

First post your pingplotter trace.  But I think we have been through this before.  Your problems are due to the potato you are trying to run WoT on.

Here are both Pingplotter reports, how can I fix the packet data loss and high ping

You have no packet loss and your ping is fine in those traces.

Were you actually playing at the time and did you have any high ping/packet loss?  Do you have the replay?

What do you consider to be a high ping?  Those traces show 35 to 40 to the server which is perfectly adequate.

Isn't the bottom black meter showing that there are packed data loss jumps

Nope, the black line is latency, packet loss would be red bars.

You get a bit of a ping spike but it only jumps to 80, which is still not an issue.  Are you using wifi?

There seems to be a problem between your PC and router then.  The ping to your router is spiking up to about 60ms, it should stay well below that.

It could be that your PC is overloaded, or your router needs a reboot, or there is a problem with the cable causing it not to run at full duplex.

Going back to this screenshot.

Try installing this mod.  And see if it's better.

For example I have deliberately rising of ping! As I said before, a lot of players who reach 40-50k battles with a lot of tiers in garage, which are not interesting to WG anymore, simple stop playing because they are obstructed and simple can not play.

By the way this bottlenecks coming from Germany..

I don't want to use mods I don't know why Wargaming even approved mods for the game, players should play the base game like all other games so that everyone would have the same experience

It's weird that I only have the ping jumps in WoT but not in other games

Those aren't bottlenecks, they are either non-addressable nodes or nodes configured not to respond to ping.

I see we are going round in circles again.  Other games are not relevant.

I suggested the minimal hangar mod because it massively lowers the strain on your system.  I'm pretty certain all your problems are because your system just can't cope with WoT but that's something you don't want to hear....

BTW, if you want me to notice you have replied then quote my posts, that way I get a notification.  Otherwise you are relying on me trawling through my history and I'm too lazy for that.
