why is my account banned ?? support is not responding! Explain the problem! and were the WG employees not supposed to send an e-mail with a notification?

support worker Harmond Ross does not help in resolving problems, He closes the ticket!

If you genuinely believe that the ban you have received is unwarranted and the automated/ semi-automated Support methodology is not achieving a satisfactory resolution, then submit a Formal Written Complaint to the Wargaming Regional HQ for your geographic location.

Sometimes support is not how it should be,but you should know why you are banned,they do not ban for no reason.

Mods/Pushing/Arty shooting.
