Ghost shells are a side effect of server side gaming.

The cause of shells ghosting is generally that your client has fell slightly out of sync with the server, this can result in a number of issues. Mainly that the server is correcting the position of the enemy tank on your client, or the position of your aiming reticle.

Your ping is jumping wildly between 18-50ms alot during that replay, it's not a noticeable difference when playing, but it could cause some packet loss somewhere.

Sadly, it'll never go away and it's a necessary evil to prevent usable hacks in WoT.

Packet loss is the most likely cause. The game client will makes guesses to keep the gameplay smooth (such as continuing your reload timer, and guessing the location of the T32) but if some packets were lost then the server will correct any mistakes when it catches up
