Your WOT TOG II crew will be usable in your premium warship, you only need to get the perk "swimming" for your crew.

maybe they're doing a cross over with those D-Day tanks with the flotation devices so that the Sherman tanks could swim ashore during the Normandy invasion.

The dumbed down version for consoles.
Or the sole reason why us PC players have had to endure the total [edited]up that is the CV rework in WoWS PC.
You don't fool me Wargaming. The only reason for dumbed down CV play is so that you can put it into the console version.
Trust me, CV play will end up in Legends.
Oh and as others have said.
