Just in time for Frontline, both quite strong here. LT-432 early game and Somua SM in the last stage with the city fight, where you can fall back and let your team cover you while reloading.

Strange how the best Front-line tanks appear 3 days before this mode starts...

Got both, Somau recently in a stealth gold sale within the in game shop.

 

They're both pretty decent, the RU LT especially as it has more armour than its got a right to for something so fast. If you duel other LTs in it and they autoaim then they bounce a lot of the time.

Do I need lt-432 if I have blackdog and T92? Hmmm... yeah... I almost bought it, especially because I got 15% discount on everything... but I don't think I need it

On the other hand, if I had 30% discount I'd totally buy it

To penetrate 432 on the side, you need to have more than 270 pen... sad but true... GG Wg.

Well it depends on what you are running into, if you run into a lot of Wheelies, then I would rather be in a Black Dog with the awesome HEP round. It eat those Wheelies up quite easily and you can also get some nice side shots against Progetto's with the HEP as well.

 

If you plan to brawl up a bit more close combat with other tanks, then the LT-432 is definitely better, since its armour actually work to a degree, where the Black Dog is just paper.

I find it to be a hard tank to do well in. At least consistantly. Either I have good games or bad games. Find myself to far forward a lot of the times when you really should stay back a little more in this, since the damage with just 3 shots most of the times isnt good enough to kill of tanks. But that very well could be me getting to know the tank a little better. Speed is ok, gun is ok, armor is non existant. Could have used 4 shots imho.

4 shots, like Lorraine 40t, yes, or auto loading after each shot like Progetto. I noticed that you can't change the major qualification of the female tankers you win, so you can't for example make four commanders in the Czech line, they are all locked to the qualification they come with. I think that is pretty lame, would have made a couple of them commanders at least, maybe all of them for Czech line that I have not even started. I think I will leave it.

T92 LT is awful... I've tried to like it but it's meh at best, good spotter but dire gun. Especially as it has possibly the worst Gold round in game due to its horrendous value for damage.

 

Blackdog is nice but the LT-432 is simply stronger. Faster and better gun along with actual armour for an LT.

Still have gold left over from last years xmas loot boxes, either include tanks also for in-game purchase with that gold .... or not. 

 

Either way I'l be #walletclosed until gold is gone

Need is a tricky word here. There is very few individulal tanks anyone «needs». 

Id argue that this is likely the best T8 LT of all, and its very nice to drive.

Somau was sold for gold in the shop within the game but WG never made any announcements...  Dunno if it's still there now. It's hidden deep in the menus so I really had to look for it.
