Hello, fellow tankers!

What do You guys think of the 10V10 CW?

I do not like it at all. For me, it feels like tier 6 skirmish.

I anyone in your team fuc** up, you will lose almost certainly. But in 15v15 you have a better chance of catching up.

I hope that WG decides that put 10 v10 into the grave.

Or why not use the whole map,

North America tier 10 10v10, South America tier 8 10 V10,

Europe tier10 15V15 and Africa tier 8 15v15

So everyone can do what they want.

Because splitting already small population is always wise.

CW should be 15v15 though.

You either do 15v15 t10 or 10v10 t10, can't do both.

Anyway, at first sight I thought I'd hate 10v10 in t10 CW but it does have some interesting points, such as:

- More rotations as you cant cover all of the map by default

- Arty is nearly nowhere to be seen, which creates a totally new and better type of playstyle

- More teams per clan

- More emphasis on light plays. There is likely no replacement if you spectacularly kill enemy light at the start

I havent made up my mind on what I'd rather keep though.

I haven't tried 10v10 advances yet.

Horrible and unnecessary change that makes me think that WG are desperately trying to get rid of CW altogether, as the situation has got steadily worse each year in this regard.

Less tactical and strategic options, as already stated an early kill on a light can dictate the rest of the game much more than in 15vs15, arty almost non-existent which makes breaking superheavy camps even tougher on some maps, and it all feels far more frantic and less involved.

Can't we just have traditional CW back as it was a few years ago, with the global map being open far more often than not, with a teambattle/skirmish mode that offer 15 minute games which include Fog of War but without the unnecessary arty strike/airstrike modules you have to tolerate in strongholds?

The reduced amount of tanks only highlights the bull[sierra hotel india tango] dominance of the T95Chief, and, to a lesser extent, the 907.

Not a fan of 10v10. It's nice as a sort of for fun thing, but definitely NOT for clan wars and advances.

I have been Combat Officer for 5 years or so and have become accustomed to 15v15 at tier 10.  10V10 seems to make good clans MUCH more competitive and the role of the individual 'ace' tanker (Unicum?) type player is now much more important.  It also limits my clans ability to ensure that all clan members get a game on any given event as there are fewer slots to allocate.  All in all, it's a reprehensible change and I cannot see the reason for it nor any particular benefit for the clans that have 50 plus active members on any given day.

Please give me the 15v15 format back, at least for CW but even more importantly, for Advances.  CW so that all my clans Members can participate and on Advances purely because I prefer it.  A bit selfish but it's important to ME:-)

One more retarded idea from WG. I resarch more t10 for this clan wars and sh's but WG say u 'll play 10w10 with t10 and u can just play T95  EBR and Obj.907 lol. Are u kidding us ? idk. We are playing 15w15 last 6-7 year and u chance to this. THAT İS A FAİL WG. u lose more player if u dont chance the that uselles idea's...  :P

Seems good idea cause everyday there are less good active players so now it will be easier to fulfill 2-3 CW at same time. Anyway, IMO it is still too early to have any conclusion though.

There is an upside that for clans that don't participate it may be eaier to cobble team together.

To all the FCs claiming that the player skill is much more important.

Well there is truth in it being more important.

If an FC makes a mistake however and you lose the one tank it is also more detrimental to the chance to win than it was in 15v15, so it also makes having good FCs even more important. Top clans also (generally) have some of the best FCs.

I didn't like it either. In 10 vs 10 wars we're like gladiators in arena. If u have 279, T95, 260, 907 u win. No strategy, almost no tactics. I hope they change this after the season.

  • New tactics on the maps
  • Less arty

  • Diversity of the tanks even lower than before (mostly Chieftain, 260, 279e, 907, EBR)
  • More RNG (ammo rack, fire has lots more impact)
  • Camping is easier

all the options allow for use of unfair ghost teams to be used to time bump. Best game would be a scrum of every landing clan at once and last tank standing clan gets to fight the owner. If the owner can't find the players to own and defend 4 provinces tough kittens on them and bye bye ghosties.
