How long does it take for support team to answer back to tickets?

I sent today a ticket to support about changing my old phone number and i would like to ask if any one of you knows how long will they take to reply.

Depends, at times the got nothing to do and you get a reply instantly, other times I've waited 2 weeks for an answer, note though that the mail notification they send out notifying you that they've replied often ain't sent when they actually reply but rather the day after or even later, wasn't that long ago I logged in 10 mins after I got the mail and my answer was 76 hours old.

 

Also note that if you want to change your phone number from an old to a new one you will have to provide info regarding the old number and depending on the circumstances they might ask for additional proof that you are you like payments you've done or the city you lived in when you created your account or the ISP you used back then and similar, so be ready for that.

I made one last Saturday, About my bugged coupon, they answered back in under an hour and fixed the issue.

 

I've never had an issue with WG support, myself

Depends a lot on what the ticket is about, afaik.

It depends,but honestly, I stopped using support some time ago,for me its useless.

You  need to remove your old number.

Then Add your new number.

 

If it's there for Verification then expect a long road.

 

If it was a problem with you buying something it would be fixed today.  If it was a server side issue you would be ignored.  As it's a legit request for help then only god knows.
