Looks like after the micropatch 3 garage slots went missing (at least from players perspective).

This issue is just a display bug and players can still use those “ghost” slots (simply you can buy tanks from the Tech Tree).

There's also a bug on the minimap whereby a spotted target that has now gone unseen and should change to a lighter semi-transparent red, stays bright red as though still currently spotted. I am not sure if this was happening when my tank was alive or after it was knocked out but you might want to check into it, it's definitely a minor bug.

I can confirm this. Saw it yesterday on FL after i got killed.

Frontline has other issues with spawning too. Sometimes you are stuck spectating platoonmates even after you spawned and other times you are stuck on the spawn lane selection screen. Both times you are still able to drive your tank but it makes the mode unplayable and just waste the boosters you activate.
