Is this related to that recent micropatch that cured some problems but appears to have caused several more.

Seem to remember, mebbe wrong though, that the X3 is applied but doesn't show.

Is this a "personal reserve" bonus that applies after the first win of the day (x5) in this case?

It's the premium account x3 multiplier that you can apply to any tank.

As in: yes, the two boni stack to become a ×7 multiplier.

And I've applied it a few times today without noticing anything out of the ordinary, but the OP is running a GUI mod which changes how it is presented which might cause it to show things incorrectly.
