Do one pick to apply or are they just activated automatically? Having to stick to the grind tank(s) until they are used up can be quite meh.

I'd expect them to be missions that automatically apply.

I would consider buying some, if they would be activated like the manageable bonus from premium account.

They are automatic, so better play the correct tanks if you buy this... after the first win on tanks that is.

Can confirm that it doesn't have any "PAUSE" handle, you are literally STUCK with playing only the line that you are grinding that moment.

And no, they do not work with Frontline, only random battles.

They are automatic so just make sure you don't win twice in a tank you don't want them using on.  Or if you do win a second time then make sure you are in the bottom five.

I bought it in the past, but until there is no pause or button like with the premium account, no thanks. Not anymore. 

Too much situations/times where I couldn't play the tank I wanted because I would spend x5 pointlessly.

These ones have always worked with accelerated crewtraining.

Who buys these anymore?!

With the WoT Premium Account you already get XP multipliers you can add at your own choosing.

Plus progression is pretty quick with said WoT Premium Account. I pushed my way out the Panther II and AMX 50 100 so quickly that it was barely painful with just the Prem Acc buffs.

They do, but only if you select the "accelerated crew training" option. Otherwise, they will just add to the vehicle XP.

Well... you are absolutely true that with all the options available now it`s very easy to gain tons of XP and keep grinding. 
Nevertheless, if people didn`t buy them they wouldn`t be offered.
