Mission doesn't work for me. I won, I was 6th in xp and it is not mentioned on battle result screen and mission tab says completed: 0.
Edit: Didn't notice that x2 has to be done first.

Yes, it's crew is crucial *censored* edition.
"You can have extra xp crew, if you're top 10, if it's a win, if your x2 is done and if air humidity is below 20%"
