video not showing for me but I imagine you mean a britisch TD, WG has even cooperated with a Chinese manufacturer to make a range of lego like models for tanks even brand labeled  with a wg logo, premium code and some other goodies.

saw them last weekend on sale by a merchant on a military fair on the army show in the Netherlands

Btw, what is the English name for this kind of press modules? Yes, it's similar to "Lego" but Lego is a tradebrand and calling it as such does not necessarily describe it specifically. In German we say "Pressbausteine". Is there a similar term in English? Just wondering... :)

Nope lego is a more generic term. See also hoover.
