Can't login for the past month

As in the topic title i haven't been able to login to the game for the past 32 days namely since patch #1403.

On 8th of August i made a forum post with my issue in the topic dedicated to latest update bugs together with a support ticket to WG.

It's been 32 days and i haven't received a reply and my ticket's been placed on hold , my premium timer hasn't been stopped and the days are just going on .

Everytime they release a patch , i update and try to login , get to the error , screenshot it and send it to them.

I guess the thing that frustrates me the most is the fact that they aren't even aknowledging my support ticket or at least giving me an ETA or something like that.

Anyone else had a support ticket to go for so long unresponded ?

Write more tickets and re-open them asking what is going on. Did you reset your password? Did you make sure, you have the right client (e.g. not the US or RU or SEA one)? Did you uninstall and reinstall your client? Did you try safe mode? Did you remove all mods?

To answer your questions :

Did you reset your password? (no need for that as the client does accept my login , it just doesn't lets me access the garage)

Did you make sure, you have the right client (e.g. not the US or RU or SEA one)? (I get the EU1 and EU2 server lists , so im guessing im on the correct type of client)

Did you uninstall and reinstall your client? (yes)

Did you try safe mode? (yes)

Did you remove all mods? (i have removed the mod i was using XVM)

What error? (it started with the below error but after patch #1439 i just get a you have been disconnected from the server)

Connection to the server has been interrupted.
Reason : unsyncronization of components related to "Crew" (1008)

Write more tickets and re-open them asking what is going on? (i have opened a ticket which was closed down 1 day after i put it up without any replies)

Perhaps try to get in touch with them on their discord?  (i'm ashamed of myself of not thinking about this earlier)

Sounds like your firewall or something blocking part of the connection.

Patch notes: 

  • Fixed the issue, when players were not able to log into the game due to sending the crews to the barracks from the Homefront vehicles
  • Fixed some technical issues – tessellation coefficient in sniper mode, couple server side fixes and some minor map fixes

 

So it looks like the person removed the tank crew from a Homefront vehicle and ended up being unable to get the game to work any more. So like breeeze said, then chances are that the person will be able to play once more from tomorrow after the micro patch.

Does anyone have a Homefront tank list available, i would like to cross check that with my tanks. Should be fairly easy since i have less than 15 tanks in my garage

Homefront was a special mode and the tanks won't show on your record so without being able to log in you won't be able to check.

Continue with support though as you really should get your premium days credited back

FINALLYYYY . I managed to log back in the game. Now i just need to sort out my premium back.

Quite worrying that they have actually fixed my issue and I am able to log back in , however my ticket is still open , my premium timer hasn't been rolled back to what it was when the issue was introduced and still nobody replied to my ticket.Is there anyone even working there at WG ?
