Hi wg, I'd love to write a ticket to you, but i just can't sign in on support site, so I'm posting here... So I know it's common, but I stumbled upon two teamers in steel hunter mode and heard there is a ban for it so here I am.... In the screenshot you can clearly see two guys from the same clan were playing against me I managed to kill one of them, but both were just too much.... If any of you have the same problem reply to this w/ a screenshot...

The clan tags are visible to Wargaming before the game.

As long as it is not prevented by technical means, these players act correctly.

They try to gain an advantage and are loyal to their clan.

This. You are not supposed to name and shame here, but create a ticket for WG to act.

Some are "smarter" and mix clans, then you have to send a replay to have proof. Anyway teaming in solo mod is not fair (what can you do 1vs2 or more) and WG in fact acts against it.

Post a ticket to Support with battle replay or video streaming with exact moment of replay / stream recording.

Under the rigged battle section.

Screenshot is not enough.

They really punish those people caught.

Just put the ticket as I mentioned.

Best of luck

I'd be mighty curious how you happen to know that they get punished. I assume they would be, but I wasn't exactly hopeful - seeing how WGEU needed to take a 'different approach' to handling it than WGNA's more sensible announcement on the issue. There's also the small matter of 'teaming' being declared allright if it is a 'gentleman's agreement', i.e. you don't, well, 'conspire' to team up beforehand - if that makes sense.

Is the 'right way' still to play Pac Man at least until you won't lose chevrons, or play in a decent platoon? :P

Instead of wining here on the forums report the rigged battle to Support.

They get banned

Tried mode 1 match ...got teamed up on ...and decided not to bother any more with it.

Trust WG to implement another well thought out mode and do something about it when issues appear.

Would've loved to see stuff like Chaffe-races come back instead!

You cannot get replays from this mode.

There's a mod, but someone doesn't bother mentioning the important bits.

Whether or not support will take the report, and/or replay, into account is another question. WGNA would. WGEU 'handle it differently'. What that means is anyone's guess, but it's perhaps reasonable to assume that WGEU does not have the support capacity to handle 'deeper' analysis. If they use common KPIs, this is the stuff you don't want to handle.

Same here.

I have already reported a bunch of players via ticket with full proof of rigged battle and WG was kind enough to reply and take appropriate actions.

If you are bad and mad at the game don't ruin it for other players,it will only do YOU worse...

If they do take actions isnt it a bit weird we havent seen any 'I did nothing wrong and got banned' topics here. With every banwave we get those and now we dont. Hard to believe they are actually banning players.

Certainly when they wrote this :
"EU and RU region decided to focus more on to prevent teaming in
potential later episodes of steelhunter and find ways how to punish it.
And also make replays available in later episodes. For now there is no
concret statement available."

They ban but it's a 3 days ban, not a drama for the players.  They can do something useful instead.

And they can contest but it stays on the support guys to deal with it.

I reached level 25 some time ago and still playing for daily missions but never been teamed.

I don't think the problem is anything like as bad as these threads suggest.

If that's them teaming up to game the results then someone should let them know they're doing it wrong.
