For this game to stay healthy it needs skill based Match Making.

A player with 1000 games can NOT player against a player with 100.000 games.

Players who play 10 years should not play against people who play 10 days.

Players with 8 skill Crews should not be allowed to Run around with Pz 1 and Luchs terrorizing new players.

Sometimes I enjoy my games because players are on my Skill level, and sometimes Two Pro players carry us... and we do nothing.

It's impossible to became "GOOD" as those 10-yr dedicated players over a month, but Wargaming doesn't care it seems.

The correlation between experience and skill is questionable at best.

Especially after like 5-10k games is played.

Also,  having 8 skills or 3 skills is barely any different either.

Also, if you are at least somewhat OK, you can achieve 55%+ WR at T1-T6 with 75% crews and stock tanks.

If you want to improve. You have to accept everything you do in battle is up for questioning.

Also you can not think that "I did my best" and be fine with it. You can always do better.

The average WOT player is also pretty crap, so if you are up for it, you can become a top 5% player in 5k battles of training.

Experience has an effect only on wether you've reached your own personal skill ceiling or not.

As LordMuffin put so well.. You will soon start to discover that theres limited correlation between experience and being good at the game.

Also if you always play with players on your own level you'll see limited improvement, and the different skill brackets will develop their own meta, which then dosn't translate to higher skill brackets and vice versa.

And as ChristOfTheAbyss put, you already have ranked.. and what a *edted that is. When personal goals of farming xp to rank up trumps overall objectives of winning it becomes a less than enjoyable game.
