i have it from the marathon, i never played it, nor will i ever play it. i can't even use it in trade in event, because there is no tank that i want to trade it for...

It's not my cup of tea but it's good at what it is. I roll it out when it's time for the last stand in Frontline and damage is on the meny.

Strong tank head-on with insane DPM - but if the enemy gets your side (especially if sensible enough to keep you tracked), it’s game over.

Hmmmm a terribly slow "armored" TD in a game that revolves around moving around as quickly as possible, corridor maps and gold-ammo.....

LOL, more like "I got circled and shot in the bum" medals, you should introduce a one like that.

It's surprisingly good in Frontlines, holding a cap with its amazing dpm. Doomed if flanked and if attacking and the cap gets capped quickly as it can't push forwards in this decade.
Meh in randoms, exept if you get lucky MM and reds underestimate your dpm.

I made a mistake by not buying it when it was for 20e during the marathon

Yep that was a mistake too, it was like 5€ when i had completed stage 8-9. Now i must pass... this year's budget is expended already. Next time WG will see my hard-earned money will be at christmass.

Not my sort of tank either as I've realised with the E25 that I suck with turret less tanks. (I do have an Ace tanker in the E25 so )

 

TS-5 does have some pretty epic armour, even side on its pretty resistant to the LTs I've been playing recently but I'm too tight to use gold as ToTT has bankrupted me yet again..

Bought it for aprox. 7 eur on marathon, firstly I hated it, but it is monster of a tank, I have almost 3600 DPM with food, I'm below average player and last night had few games over 4000 dmg, just don't rely on snipe because it is not accurate, go to heavy tanks and slap them in to the face.

Awesome gun, good armor against T6 and T7, but T9 and T10 will pen your gigantic LFP every time.

Also, it's agonizingly slow and has no turret.

You mean slow tank=takes ages getting to a relevant point, spotted and hit by arty on the way, get to the point where your team has died so you're farmed as 9bhp per tonne power to weight means no retreat?

My budget to is expended but that is with buying much better things in WoW's,I want ed this but then I watched QB's vid on it,a one trick pony is how he described it,30 quid for a one trick pony,bit too much that,plus I have the T 28 already,does this thing do anything that that TD does not?

 

Shame really as I was looking forward to this TD,but he vid on the tube are not encouraging.

The tank has awesome DPM and pretty good armor, I`ve played a few battles in it. The gun is pretty OK, as long as you do not insist on sniping only as the accuracy is mediocre. 

It is surprisingly difficult to detrack. It is a good choice if you plan to play with high tier US TDs of the T95 line as the play style is pretty similar. 

However, there are three factors that you have to consider: 
1. It has no turret. It`s by far not the only turretless TD, but if you struggle with such vehicles you`ll probably not enjoy this one that much. 

2. It is slow. That`s pretty normal for a vehicle with that much armor, it`s just the way it is with high tier US TDs, but it is a limiting factor nonetheless. 

3. The armor is good - but the lower front plate can be vulnerable, especially when facing tiers IX and X. Still - if you can hide it you are pretty tough nut to crack.
