I am sick and tired of greedy players who do nothing for the 'team' except kill for themselves. 

I try to spot enemy players, so that any other member in the team can assist in the kill, but so many other players seem oblivious to that side of the game.  

So there are players who score 5 or 6 kills or more in one game, I've been playing for over 7 years and still struggle to kill more than 2 in whatever I drive. 

The game is made harder to win by players who simply 'want to kill them all' - rather than actually trying to win the game with a capture of the flag. 

Perhaps what is needed is a greater incentive to to actually cap, such as 2000 XP to all players in the team and 3000 XP to the actual players who cap?

3000 XP for cappers? Wow the zero kill encounter games will be really popular then. 

 

As if anything it will just force a yolo rush towards cap for easy XP. As losing 3 games in a row yoloing cap is fine if you get one cap win after it.  As then everyone will rush to cap via one flank, and not give 2 cents about the 5 guns near you cap on the other flank. And thus each game will be cap race as you don't get xp for damage. How will that make it better? 

 

As atm the team, as in everyone gets an XP bonus the more damage you do as a team. Capping only rewards those in cap.

Cappers should get less, especially if there's plenty to kill and small to none chance to lose. Cap should be active only in the last minutes. Before it, game should be played to the last tank(team).

 

// Btw OP, you are the one being oblivious. If you struggle to get two kills, take look into a mirror. Those people doing 6 kills aint the problem, they are the solution to get the win. You doing nothing and "trying to spot" is what loses the games for you.

Have you considered that you may not be the best judge of how to best win a game of World of Tanks?

and im sick and tired of people who think capping is most important first 5min of the game so the game ends with 30 people doing near 0 dmg on encounters, nothing is more greedy than capping when its not needed

No.  There is no need to encourage players to play sitting duck advertising their location to the enemy.

 

A cap when it is needed to win is rewarded with a win, and that is all the reward it needs.

7 years and you still havn´t understood the bare basics of the game? 3k XP for capping? Lol?

There are I think 135 personal missions all with primary and secondary requirements.

In any given game there could be players actively trying to cap and others that do not want a cap until they get their mission done.

Many of these requirements are mutually exclusive or actually work against helping the team.

Sometimes you get lucky and it all works out.
