Hello gals and guys! 

I'm wondering if it's possibile to switch reward commanders' major qualification to any other once they are recruited.

I got one commander but i've not recruited him yet so i can't evaluate that possibility myself. 

Anyone could sort this out please?

No, its not possible.

The crew role is set to Commander - cant change that.

The 0-skill BiA perk you also cannot change. 

The commander comes with  enough xp to choose your own 2nd & 3rd skills/perks. Those you can reset.

Too bad they're all set as commanders as I would have liked to put them all in the same tank. Like a future German wheelie, for example (go Team Turbo).  

Assigning them to their tech-tree counterpart tanks would of course be fitting but I don't think I'll ever play those again. Oh well.
