Unique as in "special" right? 

It's fun for a match or two but it's unfortunately far from competitive (static-gun TD with huge weak spots and an engine that is missing 200hp) in a meta which favors speed, a turret and possibly armour.

 

The tree is unfortunately not worth the effort, since the end reward is "meh" at best.

And that is exactly why it should be ToTT.

 

ToTT should be used to promote unpopular lines, not give easy access to the flavour of the month tanks.

Foch B is actually a decent tank tbh, I enjoyed the gameplay whit it a lot. It's incredible satisfying destroying some T8 - T9 tanks in just 6 - 8 seconds. Armor and mobility is kind of ok, expect it to be like 121 armoring. Sometimes usefull, but most times mehh.

Very weak line. Starts to be somewhat better at tiers 9-10. It’s actually great that they include this as ToTT, as stated above, this line is promoted and more people will play it.

I'm not saying that it should not be ToTT, not in the least.

 

Just saying the line is not worth the grind. Sure there will always be people liking these vehicles but for the majority it's not worth it.

On the other hand if you already have one you can take it out of the garage for the first time in months, and you get this....

Well, that`s always one argument to drive it, isn`t it? 

From my limited experience: top vehicles of this line are not easy. And, of course, much depends on the team. Still, there are battles where Foch delivers

I did, and I also have another "free" tier VIII premium in my garage.

 

OK, it's limited to 10 battles but that will probably last me a few years.

True, the cupola might be a big problem a lot of the times, especially since due to the characteristics of the tank, it's supposed to be brawling TD.
