Sent here by in-game support as they couldn't help and didn't even offer to forward my request/question.

Can anybody here help?

The problem:

Lucky enough to win a prize on Saturday's WoT Twitch stream and whispered to WoT and Echiddna as requested. Couldn't whisper Eekeebo who picked me as not in the chat.

Then nothing! Have whispered again in Twitch chat, sent ticket in to in-game support and now asking in the forum.

Any suggestions on how I go about contacting the correct people in WoT to receive the code would be appreciated.

Witam serdecznie. Tydzień temu wygrałem jak dwie inne osoby czołg w konkursie podczas audycji z  Twitchcon US 2019 (Brytyjski light VIII SENLAC) i co ??? I NIC wielkie 0 czołgu nie mam, wsparcie WG odsyła mnie do losującego czy; i   eekeeboo -  który nie odpowiada na e-mail-e jak również sam kanał Twitch również nie odpowiada na żaden e-mail. Czyli co jedna wielka ściema? Sam juz nie wiem co mam myśleć / Mimo wszystko strasznie się rozczarowałem, takie przepychanie mnie z miejsca na miejsce i udawaniem, że nic nie wygrałem i traktowałem mnie jak bym chciał coś co mi się nie należy. Po co robicie konkursy? żeby śmiać się z ludzi ?? Bezsens .... tydzień to za mało żeby wysłać jeden kod?
