Battles can be so fast that I just had one battle in my Matilda in which I got to the enemy base without ever stopping and without shooting a singe shot. As soon as I got to the enemy base all enemy tanks were dead and we won. Don't get me wrong, I was only not shooting because I only ever got to see dead enemy tanks. I feel I should have received a medal for participating in a team of unicums.

If you are slow enough, and still cap base. You might get raider. As in capping a base without getting spotted once.

Yes, but then you need to win by capping, so you need the battle to last for more than 3 minutes, which can be a lot to ask for.

I would be satisfied with a participation ribbon.

Two days ago the enemy T95 (top tier) went ice road towards north spawn on Mountain pass. It probably took him ages. He got spotted only when he climbed to our base(!).

The sad story is he did all that driving just to fire once and miss, and then got flanked and killed.

The medal should be called "The Cabdriver".

In this post: http://forum.worldof...6#entry17271726 I learned that there is an Invincible ribbon for taking no damage; is that what you mean? :medal:

Ok, I did a bit better than that, I guess. I actually received 50,000 credits for surprising the enemy with my arrival at their base before the battle was over!

...When you have a premium account you get that for the first win of the day, regardless of your performance in battle. Was it your first victory? :D

Yes, I was just kidding. I wish I had received it on merit for my stupendous arrival at the enemy base in a Matilda before the battle was over!

I sometimes remind my team mates to left click to shoot, but sometimes I wish I could send this message to both teams.

Last week I had a game on Steppes in my Mauerless Brecher that went exactly the same, though. Except I didn't even reach the enemy cap circle.

A new badge could be created for having unlocked ALL of the tanks.   Call it Jumping turtle's glory  (unless someone else has done it first then you call it after them)  Mustnt be WG staff.

Mauerless Brecher, lol. No participation ribbon for you!

I am selling the Matilda for a British light tank!

Honestly I would be all for badges of the sort. Stuff like:

-researched all tanks of x nation

-destroyed all tanks of y nation

-researched/destroyed all vehicles

Those would be pretty awesome.

Considering how often I see that on slow tanks like the T28 and T95 etc. Even more so on lower tiers where more tanks have high mobility vs low at this point. They should at least have a "well I tried" medal.

There is a Jingles video with an O-Ni capping the base without getting spotted.

Once Herr Mäuschen takes command of my Luchs, the real Great Race will be on!

Fun story, I put him as the Commander of my "new" (I owned it in the past, but didn't play it much and rebought it again the other day) Waffle IV. Then, when playing a battle I was confused to hear a very much English speaking fellow so much that I was checking settings to make sure I hadn't turned off national crew voices or something.

I hope Mäuschen speaks soon in a proper East Prussian akzent!

can we record people and use that for our tank voices?

No one says" Kill Zem all"  like our Jay.    Have that in a german tank instead of "roll out"

Literally just threw this together in half an hour for proof of concept. Just used an existing badge, sloppily edited it and then cropped the "flags" used on the tech trees (I think, or maybe on the garage icons, it's just called "flags" in the gui folder so unclear). Obviously an official one would look much better.

Spoiler

Then again, these are tiny in-game, since this is the "largest" size for them at 180x180. Smaller ones are like 32x32, and well yeah, imagine cropping those flags onto those and being distinguishable.
