Just a note to thank WG for much better support,

 

 

 

 

I've definitely noticed an improvement ; its much more professional, prompt , competent, and helpful, polite and friendly than in the old days.  Somebody deserves a promotion!


 

(a small suggestion: would be useful; at some point to offer some sort  of support direct  from the game client or launcher without needing to leave it).

Really? I usually have to reply to the same ticket 2-4 times before I get in contact with a real person and/or someone who understands English.

 

That being said it was a couple of months ago since last had to contact them.

Yup, same here.

They reply after 30-40 minutes. (When I actually solve my problems by my own self...)

They have responded really quickly whenever I've reported someone for ramming/pushing. Whether they actuially do anything I don't know, as they send a generic response email and don't say what action they've taken, if any. Maybe I'm kidding myself thinking anything gets done, any bans are dished out, but they do reply quickly.

Most of the times they have no clue what you are asking and give an answer on a question you werent asking in the first place.

 

It is one of the worst things in WOT. Bad at understanding and writing English, give terrible answers, give answers on things you werent even asking and a lot of the time just give information that is completly false.
