Yeah can't possibly honour something that was advertised or indeed tell us when to expect such again.  That sounds like something brown and smelly to me just to appease your customer base. 

 

All you are doing is ruining the little faith and trust we once had in you. Since you corrected the "error" every comment has been in the same vein as mine yet you think silence is the best option.  Yet you don't seem to see the harm you are doing

want to register my disgust at WG for dropping consummable sales from 50% to 25% absolutely uncalled for and a sign of contempt for the player base. I have spent a lot of money over the years on world of tanks and this is the first topic I have ever commented on and will seriously consider withdrawing my substainal financial support for this game

Exactly! Keep going, Wg! Don't give discount -50 % anymore! Never do it again! Instead of that make a special when consumables will cost +50 %. People don't want discounts, they want it to cost more and more! Because 50% discount is a threatening! Make it cost more and more!

Decent event so far managed to get the 3 tokens reasonably quickly then settled down to playing just my premium tanks.

I usually do that at weekends as games are a bit hit and muss so why not make sure you gain credits not matter what.

 

re the 25% Consumables I recon this is a fixture from now on, most discounts will be 25% with occasionally a 50%.

We kind of brought this on ourselves plenty of posts telling new players to only buy Consumables and Equipment when there is a sale.

If we only buy when there is a sale there is little point in them you might as well do away with sales and just frop the price by say 10% all the time.

 

Thing is we are getting way more events than formerly there are in fact very few days when there isn't at least 3 events running.

Players are earning credits at a faster rate than we used to and there are more opportunities to boost credit income.

Maybe that's  why the lower discount.

I use more small repair kits than anything else so will probably stock up on them now rather than hope there is a 50% later on.

You cant take that 25% off consumables and shove it up yours!
WE WANT 50%. 25% IS USELESS!
And I guess when it said 50% it was a mistake and then you changed it to 25%.
So not only useless discounts but also incompetence from your side.
