Granted this has only happened a few times in the last month but it's getting annoying that if you flip your tank on your side you can't just quit the game.

I was in my Mauschen yesterday and did a jump of a small drop to kill a full health T50/51, At this point, I had 6 kills and 4k damage from winning the heavy route on Fjords and was feeling stupid like I always do and decided to climb the hill where the lights normally climb at the start of the game and take the jump.

I killed this tank and then on bouncing off him, it flipped my tank on to its side, I had 3 tanks at the same time spend 1 minute trying to flip me back up. I went to quit the game because there was no way any tank on this game could flip me over from that position, but it would not let me without penalty!

I had to spend the remaining 8 minutes to see all the camping TD's just draw the game out.

I also had a game today, I was in a light tank, surrounded by 4 tanks and I was flipped because of going to quickly round a corner and hitting a slight bump in the game, and not one person even tried to flip me back over, had to wait 11 minutes for the game to end because everyone was camping again on steppes.

Or you get stuck on 'that rock' where you can't move off it or no one comes to help you out. I just go watch YouTube unless I have a multiplier running at which point I take the warning and carry on.

That is because playing with your monitor on is an option for some of the playerbase. On the rare occasions I've done it, it amazes me to watch my own team drive past me and literally not even register that I'm on my side. Even when their turrets are looking in my direction and they're right next to me.

They are having a good giggle at your expense mate.

Seriously,  I always try and help out a flipped tank,  if they are close enough.  My logic is better another gun helping the team.

You're probably right.

I remember that once I flipped my Mauschen (bad ping) on it's side, and I flipped it over by myself, just by pressing "W". :D

It was slowly (5mins xD) turning around until I reached a small downhill and it flipped over. There you go! Germans are the best when you're alone. :D

To be fair, most just started to ignore it, as they turned blue or got banned for helping more so then not at one point. Even with TD off now, I suspect most still are in the same mindset.

But even so... if you were allowed to leave when on the side. It would still be abused at some level I'm sure.
