So, arty sucks, WV are ruining the game, OPed tanks are running rampant, premium ammo is flying everywhere, you see corridor maps on you dreams......

We know all that, yet despite all that we keep coming back for more.

So, here's your chance to let everyone know what you think WG is doing right:

Is it their snazzy new camo patterns, the latest balance to your favorite tank or maybe just maintaining the community they have created?

Maybe your idea is too big to be hidden in a small thread?  If so, why not create a new thread to discuss why you think WG doesn't suck?

Flood the forum with positivity.  If nothing else it will make a change from all the arty / WV whines.

My contribution?

I like that its a game I can play for 5-15 minutes at a time, that you can.choose to try to grind and improve or just sit back and play some comfort tanks.

The new Ranger camo looks really sweet

I am a firm believer of 'misery loves company' so I generally always platoon. Even though we dont use voice chat, when the cooperation works, its awesome.

In 2019, the MM changes and the three new modes that we played are the best in my opinion.

Tier 8 MM was pretty tough before these changes and it is the favorite tier for a lot people. Frontline, Homefront and Steel Hunt were all good although some tweaks were needed. But surely a lot of work went into making these modes and they did provide a much needed variety from randoms.

I like the game cause i can play 279 and spam gold at targets spotted by EBR's and stunned by arty.

It must be pretty boring ?

I like this game because I can make some good games without too much brain strain.

So you platoon with an arty and EBR expert?

Good plan.  I should have thought if that, except I'm not much for platooning

While I enjoy an occasional game that strains the brain I have to agree that most times I prefer games that are more instinctual or relaxing.

MM changes improved tier 8

Frontline is good

Fast games allow you to multitask, so I can paint the hall while grinding out credits

WoT means I can completely ignore what is laughingly known as "The News" for days at a time

A good selection of tonks means you are never really stuck for something to play with as the mood takes

So basically they are screwing up everything gameplay related (the important bit) but introducing nice graphics and cool cosmetics (the unimportant bit).......

MM has improved but it's still inferior to the "old" MM where tanks under Tier 10 had far better MM.

Physics have been implemented which is great but we still have "Wet Soapstone Physics" when your tank even touches one small rocky outcrop and it starts spazzing out for no reason.

We still have tanks getting stuck in rocks and grinding themselves upwards against said rocks.

That being said, Frontlines is a nice addition so light tanks finally aren't artificially handicapped by corridor map design.

Cobra 6

I actually like the risk of getting stuck from time to time or finding others stuck.

Though the flipping and phantom rocks blocking shots are annoying

They still have to buff KV-5 and it pisses me off that i have to...oh wait....it's a "positive" post!

Well i must say that customization has been improved a lot till i joined...back in time i could get that extra camo % only by spending gold
Now you can get a nice 100battle camo for an acceptable amount of credits if you just joined and it is way more easy to get perma camo to apply each time there is an event (the last one being the CZ  one wich was really welcome considering i missed it on my little skoda tree)

The training booklets have been a good news aswell (and sometimes 20k xp for the crew can save you a lot of pain....and 250k for 2mln credits are not so bad aswell if you have 2-3 days of premium)
Same goes for the blueprints (that can relieve you some pain while grinding some nasty tanks) and other small rewards to refill your consumables.
And ofc they cheered me up when they've merged the BIAs and sisterhood skills
Having a female crew as commander with a "ready to go" 6th sense is just awesome

For me, they do the majority of aspects right. The cessation of team battles was a sad mistake in my opinion, but I soon got over it. I love randoms, I love the looks of the tanks and the game scenery is terrific, so all is well apart from too many arty in games, and too many 15-5/4/3/2/1/0 rollovers, but it does not stop me enjoying the game everyday.

Any other minor irritations I have had with the game have been fixed by those wonderfull folk that write the mods! :B

One thing they are doing right for sure is NOT paying attention to self-righteous 'this is how I think the game should be' types.

Not thinking of anyone in particular, but I am glad that WG don't listen to these folk.

Guys, I have to say that it`s really nice to see some positive feedback!
Moreover, it helps us get the idea what our players like :)

Keep it coming!

Being a mostly random player I never really got to experience the team battles (I think I may have done it about 5 times during my short stay in a N/A clan).  I haven't even played a lot of FL, races or any of the other events as family life comes 1st and grinding towards a week /  month long goal isn't really available for me for now.

I do however love the fact that they keep trying new and different game modes.  Even the ones that are total failures.

At least it shows that some people on their team have imagination and that WG is willing to back their ideas and get them online.

You'd get more of positive feedback if you'd act on those negative feedbacks.
