Guys., thanks for the feedback!

Right now, we`re only adding commanders as usually they are pretty skill heavy to be played effectively ( 6th sense is exclusive, and then depending on the setup BIA, repair or camouflage and recon are all pretty high on the list ). However, in the future this might change. No promises really, but good to know that`s a concern for you. 

 

As for the Missions tab - it should be pretty easy to find, but in case it wasn`t: what do you think would make it better and easier to read?

Falathi, go back to the old mission interface as a starting point, then work from there.

Seriously, you must have someone expert in presenting information in an understandable, simple and cohesive way.

Since I frequently must use the Portal to make sense of the information in game I suggest that as a starting point. Maybe a link to the portal as a temporary measure. But avoid having the way it looks as the primary goal.

Well said. I too think that the mission interface is way to cluttered. You can't separate one thing from the other. It does also touch the subject of there being to many ''special'' events/missions that none of said events/mission are ''special'' at all. 

 

Anyway, a reshape to the mission interface would be a welcome change as suggested above.

Why i cant use my 10% coupon from tank rewards to buy the exclusive offer of M41D ? 

It is more than 20€. 

For other offers, (either special discounts/offers, or limited, etc,) i can use the coupon, the only purchase i can't use the coupon is the Juliet Care Package

It normally takes some time before you can use discounts on the upcoming offers.

All nice and well,but i have twitch prime over more then 7 months and claimed everything,but since november the first i don't have my king tiger c any more,no mather what i try,

Same here. Have an active Amazon Prime subscription, just got the Juliet package, and checked - yes the King Tiger is gone. It was said the King Tiger was yours as long as you had your Amazon Prime subscription. I believe we need an explanation from WG staff about the missing King Tiger.

As a sidenote: I have so many tanks in my garage, and did not even get to play the US King Tiger even once. Sad!

 

Edit: As Homer_J pointed out in a later post, check your rentals in the garage. Yes, it is there. Confusing, bet a lot of players have the same issue as me. Never thought of the King Tiger as a rental vehicle.

Check you have not got rentals filtered out.

I suspect it's the same for the others because it doesn't disappear when you no longer have twitch prime, it remains in your garage as an expired rental so you can remove equipment etc.
