Got the same message, but looking at the status of my account it looks like 7 days of premium went through after all.

 

I'll give WG some creds for sorting this out, even if it was stuff for free to begin with. Appreciate it.

1st of all i'm sorry for what i have done
i did choose my reward on time but when i activated the codes it gave me the rewards like i didn't get it in the 1st time so now i have double the prizes for the event

I will use now nicer words and do summary again

 

WG fault was that they stop reward to fast, than silence for 2 weeks, than we get totaly wrong rewards with half value, then manage to repair that and ofc everyone can get rewards 

 

I made a joke for WG:

 

Boss: Tomorrow we have meeting at 8AM.

WG: He came in empty office after tomorrow at 8AM.

Boss: WG, tomorrow we will have again meeting at 8AM.

WG:  He came in empty office¸tomorrow at 8PM.

Boss: You are fired

 A couple of points:

1. People that raised a ticket have had nothing from support about this, via email or in their "my tickets" section

 

2. People that dont frequent the forum are unlikely to spot the solution on the original but now updated November page - why not make a new page or announcment in the garage or loading screen for this that really stands out

 

3. We have still in effect lost out compared to some because rather than rightly just give the rewards to those that didnt claim the prizes before the website got taken down early, you did some code system that seems open to all to use, so some players are getting rewards that have already claimed them previously!  ie fred gets 7 days he waited over a week for but Harry gets another 7 days on top of what he already claimed! 

 

It's a mess my friend another WG mess.

Just catching up here to see if anything happened - I now cannot get to my 5 outstanding well deserved reward boxes - so was interested to see if there had been any fix to this issue (I could not claim my tank) as a pointer to whether there will be any resolution to the boxes.....

 

See that there has been some movement- but now the links are temporarily in maintenance.

 

If that's just that , then fine. If it means that they are taking it down again and I only had last night - without warning to claim the tank........

What a big sh*t-show it turned out in the end.

Some people casually got 7 days of premium account, 1 tank slot, 2 equipment and 35k credits (consumables) just for being online, while people like me had errors for the codes and got nothing.

The joke is that some of the codes can be used by those who took the reward until November 29, so they basically got the reward twice. Congratulations WG for the nice job again.

I appreciate the codes for the tank rewards as I had no idea the event ended early in the month.

Can we get a fast link to that tanks reward web-page in the garage please? Apologizes if their's already one there I just can't find it if there is and while going online and visiting the site that way isn't a monumentally big deal, it would still be a lot more convenient to just have a fast link in the garage instead... I actually tend to forget about this tank rewards so if nothing else it would remind me of it and I won't miss out on claiming those generous rewards.
