So like i said in a previous post i was out from wot for 2 years. ( PC broke down ) in the mean time i remembered i had installed Blitz on my phone and so i went on it. Now there on it i have alot of tanks two tier 10s some 9s and alot of 8s. I also got alot of prem tanks ( only spent like 25-30 euros in total for 2 years. All were gifts. I must say that im really lucky to have alot of prem stuff for free there like a friend of mine said. But yeah its way easier to grind there but i somehow love how there 90% of the time you are 1 tier lowere max not 2. And that there is no arty. Since for a week now i have been playing WoT PC agian i noticed how frustrated i am after battles. No matter if its a win or a loss. Constant fear of the machinegun arty and the wheeled vehicles. Now i cant deny i feel that there is still fun here after all i started this in 2014 if im correct and have alot of memories but im curious if there are other people that play blitz and wot pc or have totaly switched to blitz. Hell even other games in general.

I play blitz when Im away from PC (on tablet) but the controls are pretty crappy tbh. Plus if you get outmanoeuvred as a "team" it's game over.

Also it seems to be very PTW.

I get your point and it does seem like that but it isnt. For me that is. I dont dven use prem shells ( even do i have loaded some on my fave tanks ). I suggest you try it on PC. Its much better and controlable.

Ahhhhh - this explains a lot.

Though it kinda defeats the idea of a "mobile" game as it puts those people at a vast disadvantage.

I don't play blitz often. But I take a dip in there now and then. I have 7 premiums there. All free, all tier 6 or lower, inc the Tiger, Hetzer and Pz IV from Girlz und panzer, and a Steam camo S35. As I have played it mostly via steam vs my phone.

Smaller maps and smaller teams make for a faster paced game. But I still find it situational fun vs PC. As the smaller teams etc makes for different balance aspects as more HP, alpha or even pen. And with ust 7 vs 7 on small maps, +2 won't work that well. All that can be good, but also bad at the same time. And some of the "mutant" premiums there of late have been more of a p2w then even the defender could pull off.

Tbh the past 2 years we have had several events for premiums, more so than usual. Both for tier 5's as for tier 8. T-34S and M10 in the bond shop had their own events. As we have had events for the Progetto 46, TS-5, SU-130PM, EBR 75 and the Caernarvon AX are some we have had the last 2 years. And now ofc we have tank rewards again with 3 different rewards this time.

They have the option to put same control type so that they wont get faced to PCs.

Haha Blitz.

Tried it on phone, couldn't see the screen for my thumbs.  Terrible controls.

Tried it on a tablet, 4fps, unplayable.

Tried it on my laptop thinking it's a mobile game I'll get better performance than proper WoT - nope, and discovered how bad the gameplay is.

Also the pay to advance thing is a big turn off.

That went a long time ago because there just aren't enough people playing it.

People complain about fake tanks here... They should take a look at Blitz, as half the premiums there are like taken out of C&C then a history book. One has auto bounce angles all over head-on. It's a bit silly.

Yeah Steam users face phone users now regardless. And you notice instantly who is on what when you circle them.

My teenage boys much prefer Blitz and yes the controls are rubbish on phones, tabs etc., but you can download it to your laptop or PC via steam and play with keyboard and mouse. Personally I think it's mainly AI bots on Blitz, whereas I prefer the human bots on WoT.
