Are you looking under the Styles? It's not listed under Camouflage, since it's a Style.

Activates automatically on a win in top 10 by base xp, after you've already done first win of the day.

You can find it in "Other" under Missions tab.

why the hack i had 30/25 tokens? why didnt it self-activate the MAIN part of the mission where we have to deal 130k damage? WHICH I PROBABLY DID, IF, i knew i needed to complete the first stage.

Not their fault you didn't read the article, and decided to post after the event ended. 

 

You had 10 days to read the article and activate the mission. You didn't need to complete anything first. You could activate the mission day one, and you would have had 10 days to do 130,000 damage.
