So that's the reward, which was supposed to come with the Halloween mode. It's good to see the inclusion of ranked battles, so these missions should be easily doable alongside.

 

To be honest, I would have loved to see a return of the well received Steel Hunter mode as a compensation for the missing Halloween mode. The map already has a quite dark atmosphere and with a few tweakings, it could have easily been adjusted to fit the halloween style. Well even without changes, it would have been better than nothing in any case.

The being in the top 10 without then also having to win the game is welcome.   Second set of missions target of 130k damage after doing the first set seems rather high. EDIT - reread and its not over a weekend but 10 days so more doable

EDIT: Went for the T54 style, since I still have that grind coming up at some point. Centurion looks better imho, but I don't play it that much anymore...

The late war german IR sights is a nice addition, especially on the Panther II & E50. Makes me wonder about the cancelled Halloween special. Imagine a night battle mode, where you need to use a rechargeable IR sight consumable to see the silhouettes of enemy minion tanks. That would have been totally awesome. I hope they do something like that next year.

Agreed especially as the "smaller brother" the "Zielgerät" 1229 was called "Vampir" 

Although the mode was cancelled for this year doesn't mean its cancelled forever.

Personally, I went with T54, simply because I have always liked the pancake-ish turret shape on Soviet tanks, with those nice cosmetic additions, they look even better!

That is because the styles have been created in cooperation with a Silent Hill game designer.

I love these 3D camo-packs ...

... I'll get the one for my Centurion and I hope that the pack for the German tanks will be cheap enough for me to buy them ...

... as for the missed ones, I hope that they will be available (somehow) in the Xmas loot boxes.

 

I also/still hope that one day the missed Halloween Event will be fixed and be available for playing ... no matter if it will be out of times/delayed ...

... a good event is always welcomed no matter of the occasion/timing.

The scariest thing this Halloween is the WG game center. I'm helping a friend with his referral account and I've gotten 3 (4th crash during writing this post) game crashes in 1 hour. It's so fun to re-log in the game and have to re-log in the game center as well when the game crashes. This is without mods, and my game has been re-installed once, as was suggested by customer support and it still crashes.

I'd appreciate the 1 day premium as a mission reward if I could play a stable game. I have a billion camos, so I don't care about those too much, universal camos are nice but not ones for specific tanks.

It has to be said though: only tier 9's? New players are having a pretty rough time already, why exclude* them in specials like this?

 

A few styles for tier 5 or 6 tanks with with somewhat toned down dmg requirements should have been doable right?

Can you make at least that style for t54 can be shared with t55? It is almost visually the same model and for the same cammo-nation. I thin player would appreciate that.

Why on tier 9 the tier that is just transition to tier x??

Why not tier 8 cus better mm and stronk slash skirmish battles, oh well... no logic at all..

 

And why not dedicate some specials to mid-tier which are a lot more fun to play last few months, at least for me, no stress just drive and have fun, no camping no paper non existing foolishness and non-penetrable frontally, tanks still have weak spots,.. F*** the high tiers.
