Sorry I didn't keep going with Front Line I didn't like the way some were playing the games but even so I should have treated it like when you dislike a tank but just do the daily double to get past it.

Came to the last episode 10 and I started playing again but way to late to get a tank so no Emil 1951 for me, have to hope it returns at a later date.

Made it to Level 28 and with 1 day left to play I could make lvl 30 maybe even get 1 Prestige and get some bonds out of it.

I think you get 300 gold + 100 bonds from it by default, as all of us started with 1 prestige point.

 

Do we have to redeem the tanks during the FL week 10 or can we wait in the period of 25th november - 12th december when we can also exchange the points for gold+bonds ?

Final days play of Frontline its now just after 2 in the morning in the UK and Its all over.

I did reach lvl 30 at 6pm so had 8 hours to gain as much prestige as I could.

 

I completed a couple of battles and went to see my score nothing obvious but then noticed a button "boost your Prestige".

Clicked that and the progress bar moved as usual and I had 1 Prestige.

I assumed at this point I needed 10 prestige for the tank I wanted ie the Emil.

Continued playing and till I had 10, check and I see I need 12 for the emil so back into the game figured I might just do it.

Got to 12 and saw there was 24 minutes left played right to the end and I have 13

 

Then came the OOPS ! moment I have 1 Prestige not 13 and then it hit me looks like I have to go 1-30 then get 1 Prestige then repeat 1-30 for the second point and so on.

That is disappointing but makes sense as otherwise with enough play time anyone could get the reward tanks just by doing the last FL season.

Its a good reward and they expect players to commit to all seasons.

So I am a little sad but I will get over it, probably get some bonds and gold for that prestige point and I did have some fun got loads of smaller rewards and my credit balance is the highest its ever been

I really enjoy this tank after 20 battles. It's not op, but it is pretty good tank along with all other reward tanks tier 8 and above that I've already got.

 

But the frontline grind was way too much and way too boring. It needs less grind in the future and more maps.

Hmmm I have the STA-2 as a try-out.
I can't remove it so I can get the STA-2 from Frontline? How-to-fix?

You have to play it, some ppl have been complaining but few ppl see a problem with the system as it is.

I assume it'll be back in February since it is a very popular game mode with great rewards, credit and xp earning potential. And they made the new map, Kraftwerk, which I grew to really enjoy. But yes, you have to put in the time over the 10 months. I think I already was at prestige 7 when they brought in the boosters and so for me the final prestiges were a doddle and done a couple of months back.

As usual WG takes the piss. I have 23 Frontline personal reserves left from the missions. I purposely saved them as I am not the best player though I try and I find it an incredible grind  to get too 1 Prestige never mind 10. I have played in most iterations this year but I soon realised I was not going to get a tank this year. I have the STA-1 and I do not want the Wz-111 so I would have needed to get enough points for the Emil which I would quite like for crew training if nothing else. So I thought, I will have a proper stab at it next year now that I understand how difficult it will be and I am aware of the major commitment in time it will require. To that end I made a conscious decision to save my personal reserves as that really helps me power through it. (that and winning. It is amazing how much difference winning a couple can make to your progress. Even if you play exceptionally, if you lose, progress will be glacial) So now I discover that even though I completed the missions required to receive them any Frontline personal reserves not bought with gold will be confiscated. No recompense for the time spent achieving the missions. Theoretically they are mine, I earned them and it bodes poorly for the future that WG thinks they can just remove them at will. Seriously WG, it is the little things like this that make me want to stop playing as a protest about the blase nature you have towards MY time. Would it have hurt so much to allow people to just use them next year? It just adds to your penny pinching, ruthless and unsympathetic reputation for exploitation. You automatically opt for the poorest option for your players. I mean what could it possibly cost you to leave the personal reserves in somebodies account other than the fact you have guaranteed players champing at the bit for next season. I do not know who makes these decisions but they really shouldn't. (marketing, accounting, public relations.... it is a shortsighted decision from any of those departments)

Hey PlasticGangsta, as far as i experienced, winning or losing makes no difference to your progress.
