Wg just bin this "special". It's weak and just a thinly veiled excuse to "encourage" players to use up gold in xp to free xp conversion.
Also Community Managers defending this with the excuse it helps crew training doesn't fly either now we have crew books for credits in the game.
Come up with something new and exciting for specials next year please. Maybe incoroprate more rewards involving bonds, blueprints or crew books?

And yeah, its obviously a typo 2x xp for the frist win of the day. If you would have checked ingame for a second you would have seen what the mission is.

So... I'm crying because I'm used to it, and it's for fun. So no bad feelings, I'm just enjoying it and this silly community... Also I do have more fun reading forums than actually playing the game nowdays

there should have been bonus for using freee xp to train your crew in better way - kind of 4x for each free xp used but WG failed to inform

The in-game mission seems to suggest it's 2x exp for all victories (in top 10 exp) after the first win of the day. Why no community staff bothered to clarify this for an entire day, i can't understand.

Yeah, I was thinking to post this too...
I guess the stuff made mistakes in announcement and cannot clarify it on time (since it`s already off-work time?)
Maybe they will change it back tomorrow?

Dear WG, it is an interesting time period which i'm sure your're aware of. 19th November was the day the tide was turned at Stalingrad. On that day the Soviets counter-attacked the Nazi Germans by way of a massive 2 point pincer movement.
The result lead to Nazi German forces being separated into small pockets in the north and south of Stalingrad, the supply lines totally cut and thousands of axis power troops being captured, who were already badly equipped and didn't stand a chance against
a determined force, they were mostly made up of Italians and Bosnians and who were without any winter clothing or equipment.
One of the next really important battles was on the 16th December 1944, the start of the Battle of the Bulge. Any chance of x 10 XP ?
