I enjoy tournaments like this, I guess this is going to be WG's new esports, also the camos used for each of the teams look amazing.

Today was good to watch, with FAME vs INVIL as the cherry on the cake.

Well, since you yourself said there was a match between Fame and Invil (match 12 in the red-and-blue schedule here: https://worldoftanks.eu/en/news/clan-wars/paysafecard-clan-rivals-stream/ ) yesterday, they will now likely continue with matches 13 Invil / Devi 1st and 14 Devi 2nd / Trast? Or were those matches yesterday as well?

Guess they are today indeed. But a small announcement in this topic what matches are played on the day would have been nice. The info is very hard to find

Matches each day were following the tournament tree in the article. Match 1-2-3-4 on day 1 and so on.

We hope to see you join us on Saturday for big finals. Best of the best remain.

That one was indeed a nailbiter :)

And I am really glad to see that so far no match with big teams in it disappointed.

The matches follow the chronological order of counting up.

Sorry for the late answer, last matches for saturday are DE-VI1 vs CSA with FAME awaiting the winner of the aforementioned two for the grand Final.

It is nice to watch. the format does make it out of this world sometimes. seeing teams with 9 Chieftains each is something hard to relate to. All we actually see are reward tanks and a few EBR's and Arties. hardly anmy tech tree tank is used and that is a shame in my humble opinion. Not only does it show those vehicles are too good but makes it a bit harder to get into for most since we can only dream about those tanks.

and I am sometimes a bit critical, like with the 15 vs 10 battles, but when it is good and nice to watch I am the first to admit the good job. But never telling when something is wrong or could be better isnt good also.

Adding date's when the matches are played next tournament might make it a little clearer. And if there is a topic like this, why not make a post each stream day with the battles and the order where they will take place.

Due to work could not see much today, sadly I see now I missed FAME vs CSA. So saturday is first CSA vs DEVI and than the winner of that versus FAME, is that correct ?

Now you are here. Hats of for the commentators also. You four are doing a splendid job in explaining and all have good voices to listen to. You all really deserve a compliment for that.

But wouldn't you all rather play in these tournaments ? Does it take too much time and are you all retired from competative gameplay ? Or are the trips to Paris just way better ;)

Thanks for the compliments and yes, your assumption regarding the schedule is correct.

I would love to play in these tournaments but when I am honest to myself then I would probably lessen the chances for most of the teams I play in as the gameplay that I have the honor of casting/analyzing really is on a high level ;)

That being said, Paris is a lovely city :P

FAME beat CSA 5:2 in the Grand Finals, although the matches were closer than the score suggests :)

Cool, FAME is still FAME. IIRC I picked FAME to win and CSA to win every other match. When will the winners be picked for the prizes?

Congratulations to all. Gameplay was at the high level. Didn't expect that CSA to play so well

I have the same thoughts about sport... I always thought that sport is about DOING, yet there are far more peole who tend to WATCH sport instead of doing it...

And football is the greatest sport in the world because it has the most viewers. A paradox of it's own.

Agreed.

I guess the main argument would be 'are E-Sports really sports?'

That's a debate that could go on for some time!

For me, cricket is the biggest paradox - tremendous fun to play but boring as hell to watch!

The word "sport" comes from the Old French desport meaning "leisure", with the oldest definition in English from around 1300 being "anything humans find amusing or entertaining".

E-sportsman is usually fat, lazy son of a mother and father

whilst

Sportsman can be fat, lazy son of a mother and father...but at least moving

What does this mean paysafecard game? Is it like who gets more ripped by WG? The winner is WG anyway.

I think that, particularly nowadays, something becomes a 'sport' when it becomes competitive.

For example, as a fisherman, I know that some fish for sport & some just for leisure.
