I know but you can report them and they can make the drawing option so that you can't draw inappropriate things

No thanx

1.it will not work.....due to childish behavior

2 you can draw all you want they aint gonna do it.

3.in the weekends 80% will draw on the redline.

4.maybe for platoon only than it can work so that me and my 2 team mates can draw (handy if you dont have a voice connection)

The only modes where it should be implemented is skirmishes and CW.

There are enough "commanders" in randoms as it is.

It's an XVM feature already and it is useful at times between sensible players to coordinate. Unfortunately more often its just used by some angry evolutionary reject to spam the map, so just one more example of why the stupid player base can't have nice things because they're too stupid to handle it.

Just like they can make people stop pinging the map for more than 5 sec at the time... Oh wait.

ORLY???

So they can't prevent people from typing all the words there are, but will magically have an option that can recognize drawing patterns and censor them.

this is the dumbest thing ive seen in a while... ZERO thought put into this response... im going to assume that you think the censoring system would use the 'force' to identify inappropriate images drawn on the map

Voted Yes, but it should really only be visible for your platoon mates.

i use it at times to show clickers where to relocate and heavies where to push. Rarely works, but it is much more effective than typical minimap spam option.

The only, of course, problem is that people draw things like ''f you'', their small (i assume) e-peens, and other things they can't achieve in life.

I believe I downloaded Aslain's Modpack once and inadvertently ticked the drawing on map option. Accidentally drew a cat before I realised what was happening. Not sure what my team gleaned from this tactical insight.

Sadly, there were no Mauses.

Generally yes, because it would make communication between english speakeing and non-english speaking players easier and could help with team play.

On the other hand, there's a limit on how many drawings of tiny player genitalia i want to see per day.

Would work for the organised stronghold / cw modes, but randoms would be a complete doodle pad mess - unless it was implemented to be seen only within your own platoon.

Yes, but no.

Last sunday we had a legionnaire who thought it was funny to draw genitals on the map during our skirmishes.

Having it as a "feature" of some mod I can half-accept since it doesn't work unless you have the mod installed.

Having it was "feature" in the game itself will just lead the abuse as I outline above.

Not to mention that the last thing I want in randoms is some 45%WR [expletive] telling me what to do.

No, the minimap should be for reference only.

Besides, 90% of people who ping the minimap don't even know why they're doing it.
