Oh, the nerfed Hellcat is on sale!
Seriously, i thought this would be a reward or something!
It's not worth it unless you are a collector, if this is even a thing anymore.

There were more than enough events already this year. And frontline is ongoing. Get real, WG has many problems, not enough events is not one of them. I'd rather call out the premium spam and the amount of time it takes for them to balance the ammo. I mean, I get that they need to sell stuff. I bought plenty for that reason. But I wonder, does this constant seemingly desperate spam of offers actually work anymore? I am tired of it.

Yeah.....no, even the Hellcat that was over-nerfed is better then this vehicle.
While I applaud WG not releasing a broken/OP premium, you can at least make it competitive.

I wouldn't agree, it has a gun with decent punch and penetration, and it's mobile.
Might be a harder tank to play, because to fully utilize it's potential, you will have to know the maps, in order to take good positions before the enemy can.

I'd say that we're currently in this shifting period, just before December, and everything that comes along with it.

Are there any better tank games than this?

Actually it's one of my joytime playing tanks. I can't wait to have more time to play it. It's not OP, and that's good. But with that alpha and mobility it feels like a T6 Skorp, which is always a good thing if you can handle it.
About the shifting period, thank goodness, we do need those too from time to time. It might actually start making sense again to join a clan if we get some time for something else than events too.

I wouldn't argue that if there aren't, then it's reason enough to accept any bs without consequence. The player base needs to vote with their wallets depending on how the company handles things, otherwise WG has no incentive to improve.

It's an ok tank, it's not bad, just a bit too much meh. I'd agree with Cobra6 comment above, sums it up nicely. I've played it for about 50 battles and never went back to it but I think I will at some stage, it was totally tragic and it still bangs for 240 which is really decent for a mobile turreted TD.
The aim time was pretty bad, seems to look better on paper but it's actually very slow, not like a HC at all that way. I thought the superior soft stats would translate into an aim time about the same as the HC but no, noticeably inferior. Speed is good, it's slower on paper than the HC but it hits its full speed quickly and the HC kinda only does about the same speed unless you're going down a hill. For some reason it has inferior premium ammo pen compared the HC, Jackson, all the tanks with this 90mm it seems but it's still plenty good for a T6.
Why bother with it? Well, despite it's failings it's still a pretty solid TD, it's nimble, has good camo and turret with good gun dep along with decent alpha and pen values so it still offers excellent flexibility and can use a lot more of the maps than a turretless can, dip it's toe in light scouting duties too. It's also a premium and so you get to play a HC/Jackson like TD while making credits or without losing a lot of credits when you have to gold spam an Defender or something heavily armored of higher tiers. Also, because it's a premium and thus covers most all running costs, what that also means is you can run it with food and suddenly a lot of those ailments are not as bad, still not amazing, but not as bad. Try that with a HC/Jackson(which are better so don't really need it) and you'd be blowing 40->70+ credits per battles whereas with this, you can run food, shoot a little gold, lose no credits even maybe still make credits.

I think he had it about right, this is an inferior Hellcat and Hellcat was over nerfed. But I do like the Hellcat.

We WILL have a Christmas thing regardless, I mean they need to sell those pretty boxes, so they'll frame them in some sort of context. Question is, do people make a difference between an event that actually brings something new, like steel hunter was (and I enjoyed it a lot, despite the cheating) or frontline, and events that consist only in some kind of bonus if we perform something in random (like the 8 nations event for instance)? I think we need to make that difference, and encourage them more to experiment with their game engine and create some MEANINGFUL events.
Just a little thought here, I would really enjoy to play the FL maps with T10 tanks. T10 tanks really suffer from map sizes, so why not use those new big maps? And the grand battle maps, heavens, so much effort is put into making a map, we need to actually do something with them.
