Just a little thought here, I would really enjoy to play the FL maps with T10 tanks. T10 tanks really suffer from map sizes, so why not use those new big maps?

Do i feel just or this year the christmas boxes will get nerfed droprate i mean by the worth of the box you have to pay 2-3x more to get some value like last 2 year maybe its just my mind who things it but..

Unfortunately there is no way to tell for sure. That's what you get for basically gambling.

True but 2x i spend 100 euro both time was more then worth of gold in it and drop of tanks to but i have to be wrong ! i need more gold !

I bought them only last year, and the result was satisfactory (not great, but good enough). But with regard to your question, I think it remains true that basically we have to trust WG. Which is.. hard.

No thank you. I will be waiting for the "super" Hellcat WG will likely give us as gift at the end of November. At least i think so, because right now it doesn't seem to be balanced for sale, and even if it was not so underpowered, i mean, another tier 7 premium? For a tree with 4 other premium/reward TDs 2 of which are other tier 7s?! C'mon!

Got it already and yes its a nerfed Hellcat and there is something that needs fixing asap.

They gave it the wrong gun

Both have the 90 mm M3 gun only the Hellcat has the 90mm AT gun M3 and the T78 has the 90mm gun M3.

Both fire the same AP APCR and HE shells and the shell velocities are the same.

AP and HE pen and damage identical but Hellcat APCR pen is 243 and the T78 only has 221

I realise the Vehicle was never built but it makes more sense for a tank destroyer to mount the AT version and have the same pen.

 

Other than the premium problem If it had the same gun handling and terrain resistances as the Hellcat I would prefer the T78

It has a better turret traverse a little bit more armour better specific power and more ammo.

Against it is its slower but not that slow

I have the notes from previous years to compare. Granted any difference can be blamed at RNG, but it's something. And I reckon there are plenty of players that have done the same so you can get a larger picture. I don't think they would go and make their biggest income thingy worse though, that's just bad business for years to come.

It is, and with the last stats tested it is basically the tier 6 Hellcat kicked up to tier 7 with the same alpha and pen but with much better soft stats and accuracy(and i mean it 0.16/0.10 on turning the hull/turret instead of the awful 0.35/0.16 on tier 6), which would be good if the DPM wasn't even worse than on the tier 6 version(9 seconds reload for 240 alpha with 167pen at tier 7?!?). The acceleration is better as it has 27hp/t instead of the 22 the tier 6 has.

That is why i think it is a reward, with those stats and placed in one of the worst tiers for a premium tank, if they sell it the sales would be extremely poor.

Its also my Best tier 6 credit maker,makes more credits than t7 tanks.

One of the reasons for that is that you have quite decent pen on standard shells.
