Should the game have the option to give the players 3 random map options and they choose in which one they want to play before each match, and the map with the most votes is the one player will play on, it would be good for someone who plays the artillery to chose for a non city map, or if you don't like a map you can choose a different one, what do you think

Last poll I voted "Yes", so this time I vote "No"

No.

I already find the ability to block up to 3 2 maps a bad idea.

You mean vote for the map for the current match? No thanks. Arties and lights will basically always vote for open maps, armored tanks for city maps, so in the end the map choice will depend on the setup. Which actually amplifies the drawbacks for the "loosing" classes (if you're in a heavy setup you'll mostly end up on a bad map for yourself in a light or arty, if you're in a light setup you'll mostly end up on an open map with a heavy).

Dear OP, Won't this add more time to the wait to get into battle, as MM will not only need to select the right number and class of vehicles but also only vehicle that have selected a particular map?

How do you block the third?

And that's why I would not work. As teams have more than arty. And slow armored sluggers don't want open maps. But as teams are mostly made of TDs, lights and arty. As in range focused tanks. That's all they will pick. Brawler tanks will lose 9 out 10 times on that selection.

Mechwarrior online added it. Maps picked will be based on what dominates your team layout more so than anything. And it also adds another 60 seconds before you even get into the match. Time we don't need tbh.

Nope, Imagine being on Malinovka or Prokhorovka with only light tanks or even worse, only wheeled vehicles. Because, let's be honest, only a masochist would bring his heavy tank there if he would have had the choice.

Same for city maps with 30 superheavies slugging it out between them.

It would only dumb the game down.

So if you're the only heavy tank in the team the map should only be good for you, don't be selfish, if most players vote for a certain map then everyone should play on that map

But if everyone chooses a different map then what is the MM going to do? Wait until it finally gets 30 players with the right tiers, the right classes of tank and the same map?

Its going to add wait time to the queue, can't you see that?

You would only have 3 maps to choose, so out of 30 players one map will always have more votes

How exactly am I trolling?

You come up with the most ridiculously unsubstantiated "suggestions". If anything, you're trolling yourself. Have you noticed how your multiple threads are being received by others? Does it seem like you have much support? If you don't get good reviews, don't lash out at the crowd...

You're not posting anything constructive, and I only noticed that most of the players aren't even using the forum, and only the same 10 users are commenting on my posts, who are hating on anyone new who comes on the forum and suggests new things to be added or changed about the game, and can't think of anything else to say like "I don't like this" or "I don't think that it's a good idea" but only "OP is stupid","OP is this and that"

Constructive? Ok, then.

To your "should the game have..." question, the answer is no, it should not. Some maps will be flooded by a single type of tank ad aeternum while also increasing waiting times to get into battles. You should be able to reach that conclusion by yourself by simply spending 5 minutes thinking about your idea in a "what would I do if..." type of thinking. You don't seem to be doing so, and instead decide it's best for everyone if you just blurt out whatever random thing crosses your mind at that particular instant, which brings us to "OP is stupid" and "OP is this and that" that you keep getting.

Perhaps try stepping back a bit, think for longer, make a constructive post yourself with stronger reasoning? Because it's way easier for everyone else to jump on your wagon if you do that, or to discuss particular points.

Say, you blurt out "A is a problem, and M is a solution to it", and someone just says "Well, A is not really a problem per se, perhaps it is for you, but that doesn't mean a solution needs to be found." or "A may just well be a problem, but M is not the best solution to it because N would fit better.". You see? Make a better analysis, provide a more substantiated response. So far you've only shown a very linear line of thought where anyone disagreeing with you is either a troll or a bad person, and that just shows how weak your argument really is.

If WG had the number of maps it had before HD. Than maybe. If you allow this in the current state of the game + the map bans. There will be realistically 2 maps that will ever be played. (also the obvious votes from arty players which can account for up to 6 votes. Would exclusively vote for open maps like Campinovka and Murovanka)
