That's a total cop out Sael_, and you, and the rest of WG, should ALL fully well know it. Using corporate weasel-ese to try to justify the inclusion of an actual sports betting mechanic in a game targeted at kids of all ages is nothing more than utterly despicable almost beyond words.
Almost.
The simple fact is Sael_, this event is a disgrace. It should never EVER have been introduced into a game with a PEGI 7 rating, and if anybody at WG had bothered to check with PEGI beforehand, I like to imagine they would have advised WG against running this event because it goes completely against the games current rating.
At this point though, all this event, and the attempts at justification of it, does is show that WG have about as much integrity as Bethesda, Blizzard, EA, and all of the other major games companies out there who like to include wholly inappropriate gambling mechanics in their games and then hide behind weasel-ese to try and justify it.
And yes, I am more than well aware that WoT is technically a free-to-play game, but that still doesn't justify using predatory tactics disguised as a bit of 'harmless fun' through the inclusion of what amounts to an actual sports betting event in WoT, particularly an event that apparently has the option to indirectly gamble actual cash on the results of actual football matches.
Quite simply, of all the stubborn, boneheaded, and thoroughly avoidable mistakes WG have ever made with WoT, this event has to rate right up there near the top of the list. ![]()

This game is NOT for kids, if SOME parents allow their under 15 years old kids play this game (and participate in this forum) or they don't even know that their kids play this game ... its another story ...
... It is a story of parent (un)responsibility.
